The presentation included videos of that exemplified companies that used the 11 Pillars for very successful events around the world. Rather than marketing on price, performance or service, today it is important to involve the customer with an experience that meets their needs and they enjoy. Smith’s book, Experiential Marketing, details all of the 11 Pillars and how they can be effectively used.
