On Friday morning, November 4, the Creative Connections South meeting at the Innovation Pavilion Allisa Gardenswartz, Deputy Attorney General Consumer Protection from the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, detailed people and businesses can protect themselves from the many forms of identity theft that are occurring today. The many details of her talk can be found at a new website, www.stopfraudcoloado.gov. A reminder that you not only need to follow specific steps if your ID is stolen but you need to report it to law enforcement and the Attorney General’s Office so they can track what is happening.
