THE 411

By Ken Custer, The Connection King

Ken Custer headshotSo this is retirement… lay back play golf and relax. Yeah, right! Attended some great retirement parties, grand kids wedding and graduations (2), set up a home office, work Rockies games, honey-dos around the house and on and on. As of June 25, haven’t swung a golf club yet, no trips, no time to do every thing. I think I’ll go back to work it was easier. What I don’t miss are the deadlines. Really, I am enjoying it and the golf game will come soon. Excuse me; I’m going to take a nap before finishing this column. I look forward to working with CARLEEN CLEARWATER and her group of creative folks as they take The Review to the next generation. I know they will do a great job and provide everyone with an excellent publication that will cover this great advertising, marketing and media business in Colorado. They will be featuring many of the creative and successful individuals that have made Colorado so prominent nationally in the industry. As the “Connection King” it will be my role to report on individuals and events, a role I look forward to.
